Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and LifeEase IT Solutions, which operates PH Lotto Win (“Site”, “Service”, “we”, “us”). By accessing, browsing, or using PH Lotto Win, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the website immediately.

1. Nature of the Service and Informational Purpose

PH Lotto Win operates solely as an independent, third-party informational and aggregator portal. We provide historical data, daily summaries, and analysis (“hearings”) of lottery, sweepstakes, and numbers games. PH Lotto Win is NOT a gambling operator, casino, or official lottery vendor. We do not accept bets, directly sell lottery tickets, or facilitate any real-money gambling transactions on this platform. PH Lotto Win is not affiliated with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO); see our Disclaimer.

2. Age Restrictions and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. By creating an account or using PH Lotto Win, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your account.

3. No Guarantee of Winnings

Any “hearings”, predictions, statistics, or analyses provided on this website are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to match the official results. Lotto and sweepstakes are games of pure chance. PH Lotto Win makes absolutely no guarantees or warranties that using our data or predictions will result in financial gain or lottery winnings. You acknowledge that any participation in external lotteries is at your own sole risk and discretion.

4. Responsible Gambling

While we do not host gambling, we encourage responsible participation in external lotteries. If you suspect you or someone you know has a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek immediate help through official national helplines and support organizations, such as the National Center for Mental Health crisis hotline 1553. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and only spend on PH Lotto Win what you can comfortably afford.

5. User Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for everything done with your account. Keep your email address and payout details up to date, and tell us straight away through Contact support if you think someone else has used your account. PH Lotto Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel access at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent behavior, security breaches, or any breach of these Terms.

6. Credits and Top-Ups

Credits are a prepaid balance used only inside PH Lotto Win, for example to unlock premium hearings and to play games. One credit costs ₱1. You buy credits with a top-up, paid through our payment partner PayMongo using the methods shown at checkout; your card or e-wallet details are entered on PayMongo’s pages, not ours.

• Credits are added to your balance once we have confirmed your payment, which may not be instant. If you paid but your credits have not appeared, contact support with your payment details.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or transferred to another account.
• Top-ups are final once credited, except where a payment was charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or where the law requires a refund.
• We may correct your balance, or remove credits, that were added by mistake or obtained through a reversed or disputed payment, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

7. Hearings

Hearings are daily number ideas. They are not predictions, they are not guaranteed to match the official results, and they do not come from PCSO or any inside source. Some hearings are free for signed-in members; premium hearings cost the number of credits shown on the card, which you see before you unlock it. An unlock opens that card for the day it was bought (Philippine time); each new day’s hearing is unlocked separately. Because the numbers are shown immediately, credits spent on an unlock are not refundable. You may not republish, share, or resell premium hearings.

VIP membership. VIP is a one-time payment, at the price shown before you pay, made through PayMongo. It has no expiry date and stays on your account for as long as your account and the Service exist. Its benefits are the ones listed on the VIP page, such as every premium hearing without spending credits. VIP is personal to your account and cannot be transferred. The payment is not refundable, except where it was charged in error or the law requires a refund. We may end VIP for a breach of these Terms (see section 5).

8. Games

The games on PH Lotto Win (such as Scratch to Win and Spin the Wheel) cost the number of credits shown before you play. Every result is decided at random on our servers when you play; the animation on your screen only shows that result. Prizes are paid in credits and, like all credits, have no cash value. If a result or prize is wrong because of a technical error, we may correct it. Play for fun and only with credits you can afford to spend.

9. Rankings and Prize Pools

The Rankings page ranks players by the total of their paid top-ups in each daily, weekly, and monthly period, in Philippine time. The prize pools, the cutoff times, and how winners are contacted are shown on that page and form part of these Terms. To receive a prize, keep the payout settings in your profile up to date. Before paying out, we check that the winning top-ups are genuine; we may withhold a prize where a payment is reversed, disputed, or fraudulent, or where an account has breached these Terms. Prizes may be subject to taxes under Philippine law.

10. Referrals

You can invite friends with your referral code. A code can be applied only once per account, and you cannot use your own. Referral rewards are given in credits. We may change or end referral rewards at any time, and we may remove rewards earned through self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, or other abuse.

11. Emails and Notifications

We send emails needed to run your account, such as sign-in codes and important notices about the Service. Push notifications are optional and only sent if you turn them on; you can turn them off at any time in your profile or in your device settings.

12. Acceptable Use

When using PH Lotto Win, you agree not to:

• break the law or these Terms, or help anyone under 18 use the Service;
• create fake or multiple accounts to claim referral rewards, prizes, or ranking positions;
• use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools, or try to disrupt, overload, or break into the Service;
• exploit a bug or error to obtain credits or prizes (please report it to us instead);
• pay with a payment method you are not authorized to use, or file a false chargeback or payment dispute;
• harass our staff or send unlawful or abusive content through the Service.

13. Intellectual Property

All proprietary logos, design components, specific datasets, and site architecture belong to PH Lotto Win. You may not scrape, frame, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of this website without our express written permission. However, public PCSO lottery draw results themselves remain in the public domain.

14. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by PayMongo, and signing in with Google is provided by Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what you do on their services. Links to other websites, including the PCSO website, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH Lotto Win, LifeEase IT Solutions, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your reliance on our content. We are not responsible for: financial losses incurred from lottery tickets purchased based on our “hearings”, inaccuracies in reported lottery results, or technical downtime of the platform. Always verify final winning numbers with the official website of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be waived.

16. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or end any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will post a notice on the Site. Continuing to use PH Lotto Win after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
